Hi Carolyn! Nice to see you! :) Yes, the one thing that I love about tangelos is the "E-Z peel" factor! Oranges are yummy too, but they take more effort to peel, and you don't always get a sweet treat at the end! Tangelos are a SURE deal! :)
Everything looks gorgeous! I can't wait to be a homeowner. I think that's a long time away. Boston is really expensive. So I must vicariously through others. Beautiful!!
Fantabulous! I love the story about your garden and the tangelos too. Sweet!!

Leslie, You all did such a beautiful job on your house! I wish we had a house we could fix up! Excellent!!

Good job! You're yard is pretty big. I think it depends on which part of California, New York or wherever you live you tend to get more land.

You really brought your house into the 21st Century, it looks terrific. The crown moulding really makes it.
I also love tangelos! So easy to peel. And you are so lucky to live far South enough to have them and a wisteria.

Being a fellow Californian I know all about the small yards - but your backyard/garden looks pretty big for California sized. :) Beautiful garden!
