Henry IV My son, Henry, loves his little jack-in-the-box toy. He scuttles around the house following me in hopes that I'll stuff the little wolf back into the box so that his musical fun can start all over again. I never liked these toys when I was a wee one because the anticipation and surprise of the springing creature always put me on edge. Actually, they still do. But not my little Henry. He seems to enjoy being surprised, and he always manages a giggle.
On the Gifty! front....it has been so fun seeing the goodies being exchanged from one blogger to another. I had fun pairing you folks up, and I'll be posting Round 2 real soon. If you want to check out some of the goods exchanged, check out the following sites: Yvestown, The World of Ani, The Soul of Hope, Liquid Sky Arts, Whimsy and Stars Studio, Ciel en Papier, By Two Girls, GnomeG, HelloYvetty, Fern, Rainy Day Sunday, and Lollipop Paper. Drop me a comment or float me a note when you have a picture of your Gifty! goods -- I would love to announce them here. This Round we had 24 participants! It was fun to meet some new people and find new sites along the way. There were a few glitches, but those were quickly resolved. If you haven't received your stuff yet, keep in mind that there are a few participants residing outside of the U.S. So things will take a bit more time. Also, if anyone has any suggestions for Round 2 theme, drop a comment or send an e-mail! :)
On the personal front, I wanted to THANK all of my blog friends and readers for lifting my spirits. It was great knowing that I had all that cyber love and support, and it also felt comforting to know that I share similar worries and stresses that many of you do too. So thanks for the words of comfort and support. I also wanted to thank Ms. Drama Queen for her cyber love! and I wanted to thank JustJenn and the glorious GnomeG for the super kind thoughts and CREATIVE treasures. I will post photos of their fantabulous work next time.
I think that's it for today....I'm exhausted. G'night all!
